Our 2016 signature serve is the Père Magloire and Fever Tree tonic;
50 ml Père Magloire VS
Topped with Fever Tree Tonic Water
Fresh Ice (at least 4 big cubes)
Slice of Fresh Apple
Method:
Using a large wine glass or a tall, slim glass, add the ice first then pour in the Père Magloire VS, followed by the Fever Tree Tonic Water. Cut a full slice of apple and drop into the glass.

40 ml Père Magloire VS
20 ml Grapefruit Syrup
10 ml Fever Tree Tonic Water
Method:
Using a large wine glass, add the ice and pour in the Père Magloire VS and grapefruit syrup. Top with the Fever Tree Tonic water and garnish with a strip of fresh grapefruit peel.
The team at La Petite Mort in Edinburgh have come up with a unique serve for National Calvados Week that see’s Père Magloire Calvados with Maraschino Liqueur, Triple Sec and lemon juice with orange, apple & cherry. For two people to share, ‘The Apple Car Porthole is available from the 17th October for the week to enjoy!
Union Street in London have come up with a signature serve for National Calvados Week this year, seeing Père Magloire VSOP, Homemade Raspberry Ripple, Lillet Rose and Lemon Juice come together!Â

The Tippling House in Aberdeen are offering you all some fantastic Calvados Père Magloire cocktail treats, including:
BEST MAN FALL
30 ml Calvados Père Magloire VS
10 ml Amaro Montenegro
10 ml Maple Syrup
10 ml Lemon Juice
Topped with Cider
Shake and double strain over half/half ice in a hi-ball top with cider then garnish (half fill cubed ice, top with cider to 2/3rd full, top with crushed ice). Garnish with 3 dashes of aromatic bitters to bleed into drink and apple fan on a skewer.
UP THE STAIRS
35 ml Calvados Père Magloire
10 ml Poire Williams
5 ml Crème de Figue
10 ml Lemon Juice
20 ml Loganberry and Jostaberry Syrup
1 egg white
Shake and D/Strain into a cut crystal glass. Garnish with a dehydrated apple and pear slice.
EASY COMPANY
25 ml Calvados Père Magloire VSOP
25 ml Evan Williams Bourbon
25 ml Apple Juice
20 ml Lemon Juice
2 sprigs of fresh Thyme
1 bsp of Sugar
1 dash Peach Bitters
Shake and double strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a dehydrated apple slice floated on surface of the drink with a thyme sprig placed on the apple slice.
Heads & Tails in Edinburgh have come up with this unique serve;
Lukewarm October
45 ml Calvados Père Magloire
15 ml Chartreuse Yellow
15 ml Benedictine
1 dash Orange Bitters
1 dash of Angostura bitters
Roll within a shaker and fine strain into a Martini glass. Top with a cherry beer foam float (10 ml egg white, 10 ml wheat beer, 10 ml morello cherry pure, 5 ml gomme – dry shake). Almond flakes and orange zest garnish.

25 ml Mandarin-infused Vodka
25 ml Calvados Père Magloire
15 ml Lemon
10 ml Gomme
15 ml Fresh Mango Juice
Top with Sparkling Prosecco
Serve in a Champagne glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

The Old Fashioned from Jam Jar in Dundee is made with Père Magloire 12 Year Old, brown sugar and bitters.
